Dog Bite Case Study

Our office has pursued numerous dog bite and animal attack cases over the last 40 years. In most cases, it involved a dog entering residential or community property. Recently, our office litigated a case where the animal was left unattended. He wandered from a neighbor's home and attacked an elderly woman and her dog. The attack caused significant damage to the older woman and killed her small dog.

In this case, the homeowner did not carry insurance. So we filed a lawsuit against the homeowner securing a sizeable verdict for our client.
